Synopsis
After escaping a lethal pandemic, and living in total isolation, a family with two young children find themselves struggling to survive. With no contact from human or animal for several months, the family has begun foraging further and further from home.
While venturing far from home and left alone, the children are attacked by an infected animal. The Father manages to rescue one of them and return her to the safety of their fortified house.
Disregarding his wife’s best attempts to keep him there, the Father returns to the woods to find his son.
His search leads him to a gruesome discovery and forces him to choose between abandoning his young son in the wilderness or risking infection of the rest of his family.
